Finally Industrial training for charcoal rosette production has finally end, now next is the big thing ec for our class plus still got the irriating food cost control got to do math again so bored

i back to post something haha

first talk about today, early in the morning went to sch nothing much to do so gooddddddddd, den go see see walk walk around, until 11+ go for break den after lunch while gg back, tt "cockroach" ask can help him do something anot, he say very easy just help him engrave number on all the pot and pans cos he scared ppl steal his thing haha, actually quite fun doing this, after that we go back home

Life in production

It time to update my blog liao so empty inside

So on 16 April went back to sch production,first day there was like so so nothing much to do cos too many ppl liao

17 April the second day on production we separted into two shift morning shift and afternoon shift , i work in the afternoon, that day wat we do only peeling garlic and garlic and nothing but garlic

19 April that is the day we start to peel many and many of red onion, and we call called ourself "chef de onion"......

18 April and 20 April we was in sch nothing just preparing mise en place for the next day, waiting for stock to come and just waiting for time to go home

21 April sat Off no need to work so good
